Exchange Policy
100% value of prevailing gold and diamond rates.
Any discounts on diamonds during purchase will be deducted as absolute amount from the prevailing diamond value.
Product must be accompanied by:
Original invoice and certificate.
If the certificate is missing, a charge of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.
Products altered or resized outside Nira diamonds are not eligible.
Exchange is only valid for purchases made directly from Nira diamonds stores or Nira Diamonds website
Once the quality check is cleared, a credit note will be issued to you which can be used to purchase any other item from us. Please note that this amount cannot be refunded for cash.
The credited amount will be eligible for reuse up to 12 months from the date of credit
Rs. 1,000 processing charge applies.
Buyback Policy

Refund is made via bank transfer within 15 business days after quality check.
Products must be in acceptable condition (not worn out, altered, or resized externally).

Refunds are issued as:
Credit note (redeemable on your next purchase), or
Bank transfer (requires cancelled cheque if paid in cash), or
Refund to the original payment method for card/UPI/online payments.
1-Year Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
We cover:
Repair or replacement for genuine manufacturing faults.
Replacement of missing stones (up to 50 cents) if caused by a manufacturing defect.
Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear
Improper usage or mishandling
Missing components (stones, screws, etc.) due to external reasons
Third-party alterations or repairs
Quality Check & Customer Communication
Every return, exchange, buyback, or warranty request goes through a thorough quality check by our expert team.
If we find that the product does not meet Nira Diamond’s quality standards, for example, signs of damage, wear, or external alterations, we will inform you of our findings before proceeding.
The final value or eligibility is then discussed openly with you, and no deductions are made without your knowledge and consent. Our goal is to ensure a clear, honest, and fair process for every customer.
